Daily monitoring and analysis of training. Comments made 3-5 times/week in Training Peaks. When necessary, adjustments are made based on client feedback, goals, life’s curveballs, and coach’s
analysis/knowledge, which will help maximize the athlete’s success.
Frequent email contact between coach and client.
Feedback/reflection form filled out monthly by client and reviewed by coach.
Bi-monthly phone call (if desired) to review feedback, client goals, and to adjust the training plan accordingly.
Best for those who have specific goals and are seeking an excellent level of communication and accountability from the coach, which is provided through routine feedback and training analysis. This
plan is highly customizable, and adjustments can be made weekly.
