  • Initial intake/goal form filled out by client.

  • Initial phone consultation

  • Includes a premium subscription to Training Peaks.

  • Two email check-ins during the first week to clarify workouts and address any questions that arise.

  • This plan allows for adjustments month-to-month as one responds to the training or goals/plans/life shifts.

  • Training will be laid out in 4-week blocks through Training Peaks.

  • Weekly monitoring and analysis of training. Comments made at least 2-3 times/week in Training Peaks.

  • Feedback/reflection form filled out monthly by client and reviewed by coach.

  • One phone call to review feedback each month (if desired), where adjustments can be suggested for the upcoming month.

  • Best for those who thrive on regular feedback and are looking for a training plan that will adjust to one’s training adaptations and achievements on a monthly basis.
