Initial intake/goal form filled out by client.
Initial phone consultation

Two email check-ins during the first week to clarify workouts and address any questions that arise.
This plan allows for adjustments month-to-month as one responds to the training or goals/plans/life shifts.
Training will be laid out in 4-week blocks through Training Peaks.
Weekly monitoring and analysis of training. Comments made at least 2-3 times/week in Training Peaks.
Feedback/reflection form filled out monthly by client and reviewed by coach.
One phone call to review feedback each month (if desired), where adjustments can be suggested for the upcoming month.
